Sales Partner, Director of Team Operations

Kristy has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and with the Minteer Real Estate Team since 2005. As Director of Operations, she oversees all operations and all “behind the scenes” projects being implemented. Making sure that the team is continuing to improve, she is constantly working towards Minteer Real Estate Team’s goals and helping individuals on the team reach their personal and production goals.

She loves that no two deals are ever the same and therefore sees each transaction for the uniqueness of the clients involved. Kristy loves helping people find a home that matches what they’ve been looking for and guiding our sellers through contract negotiations, not only helping them get the most money for their home and the best terms that work for them, but also making sure it is a win-win for all parties involved. She is constantly learning and evolving by focusing on training and ongoing education, taking the knowledge gained back to the team and ultimately to our clients.

A Springtown native, she relocated to Northeast Tarrant County in 2005. When not serving the team and her clients, Kristy loves spending time with her best friend and husband, Darren, and her son, Dexter. As a family, they love watching football! Kristy enjoys listening to live music, spending time with friends, reading murder mystery books, and is always up for an adventure.
