The Grapevine City Council has approved a new 30-acre mixed-use project near Grapevine Mills Mall. The retail and apartment complex is a 4-building, 27,400 square-foot project, named The Shack and will join the current operating shopping center. Included in the project is a renovation of existing structures and will include residential space, restaurants, stores, and more. To build a community feel into the project, a series of trails, parks, and plazas will connect the residential zone to the retail zone.
