With over 20 years of culinary experience overseas, Burak Ozcan quickly made a name for himself when he moved to the Dallas area in 2009. With a newfound love for mixing traditional Mediterranean foods with a Texas twist that he dubbed “Tex-Med,” Ozcan has opened two locations of his Tex-Med-inspired restaurant over the past few years, the first in Garland in 2019 and the second in Southlake in 2022.
