Grapevine Springs Housing Development Approved by City Council

Previously denied in 2023, Grapevine Springs off Northwest Highway has been approved by Grapevine City Council.

Hat Creek Development rezoned 11.1 acres on the north side to change it from office and community commercial to residential, which is where the Grapevine Springs subdivision will be located. There will be 21 custom homes priced at over $1 million that will feature masonry work and will be designed to reflect the architecture in Grapevine and Southlake.

Construction should begin in the first quarter of 2026.
