July 2016 Real Estate Stats Released For Northeast Tarrant County

july 2016

The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University have released July 2016’s real estate figures!

We’ve rounded up the real estate figures for ColleyvilleGrapevineKellerSouthlake, and surrounding NE Tarrant County towns. Here’s how things are shaping up.

Since last month, home prices are increasing except for in Euless, Grapevine and Southlake. Days on market are also increasing except for in Euless and Southlake. On trend with the other stats, the number of sales have also increased except for Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller and Southlake. The good news for home buyers is that the inventory is gaining except for Colleyville and Grapevine which have decreased; Keller and North Richland Hills ahve remained the same.

Looking at this time last year, home prices are still mostly on the rise while days on market have lessened along with the number of home sales.

What’s the big picture? While July was stronger than June, home buying has slowed down with the rise of home prices and the quickness of the current home buying market.
