November 2016 Real Estate Stats for Northeast Tarrant County

november 2016

The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University have released November 2016’s real estate figures!

We’ve rounded up the real estate figures for ColleyvilleGrapevineKellerSouthlake, and surrounding NE Tarrant County towns. While entering the typically slower winter months

Since last month, home prices have mostly risen except for in Colleyville and, Keller and North Richland Hills. And, staying on trend for the overall year in real estate for DFW, home prices are all higher than at this time in 2015. The days on market have also risen since last month, except for Euless, Grapevine, Keller, and North Richland Hills, which means buyers are hunting for homes more in those cities. The number have sales has mostly declined in Northeast Tarrant Count, reflecting the slower winter months. The months of inventory has mostly remained stagnant or gone down since last month, meaning there isn’t enough homes for sale for the amount of buyers looking for a home. If you’re thinking about selling and thinking about waiting until the spring, now could be a great time with home prices still on a high over last year and selling fairly quickly.
