Described as being one of the company’s first “Restaurants of the Future”, Portillo’s is opening a new restaurant in Grapevine on State Highway 114 this year.

With a rustic Southwest garage theme and 6,200 square feet, the restaurant will include seating for 125 guests inside and 40 guests outside as well as a double drive-thru lane.
