Grapevine Eyes 83-Acre Lot For New Warehouses

The Dallas-based Arco Murray National Construction Co. applied earlier this year for a conditional-use permit with the city of Grapevine. The motion passed, allowing the company to construct the first of four proposed warehouse buildings.
