Working with the team at Minteer and in particular Alisha was a great decision that we made in choosing a real estate company. From market analysis to staging the home to closing the process was streamlined and efficient. A significant part of the sale time we were out of town and felt completely comfortable leaving matters to Alisha to cover for us while gone. Highly recommend.

On a side note, when we returned from out of town ( we already had a contract ) it was the first time we saw the sign in the yard. Not a big deal but it shines of professionalism from the street to the drive by potential client or on first view of the home from an appointment showing.
