This was a very challenging sale! We had lots of problems with the buyer’s lender sticking to the schedule. We had at lease 4 changes concerning dates of the appraisal and the closing. The Minteer Real Estate Team handled each incident with professionalism and was able to get the buyer’s lender to realize that, I, the seller, was being affected with every change that they made. It was not easy, but the Minteer Team successfully got the appraisal and the closing done in a timely manner. We would recommend this team to everyone! They know this business in and out!
