Edgar helped us during the process of purchasing our first house. We heard horror stories of all that could go wrong and we really just put ourselves out there and hoped for the best. We had a really tight time line that we needed to close by (less than a month) and they worked incredibly hard to be sure that everything was ready by that date. We are incredibly happy that Edgar and the Minteer Team helped us. What an amazingly easy process. He worked pretty hard to be sure that all of our questions were answered in a timely manner, he met us after hours so we could look at houses, and gave us as much input and recommendations that we needed.
