Edgar (& the rest of team minteer) is hands down the BEST realtor in the DFW/North Texas area. My fiancee and I had found out in January 2019 that we had to move DFW for work (were from Orange County, CA). My fiancee decided to reach out to Edgar shortly after we found out and he stayed in contact with us through every step of our process. We flew out in March 2019 in hopes of finding our home, we had been searching on the MLS (thanks to Edgar) shortly after we found out about the move. Edgar went above and beyond when we flew out to look at our top homes, he dedicated an entire week just to us and our house hunting. He even recommended amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to really ensure that this “foreign” area felt like home to us. Long story short, we closed on our DREAM house in June 2019. I cannot stress enough how vital Edgar was to us during every step of our journey. Even though we were out of state, Edgar really made it feel like he lived down the street from us, always checking in and keeping in touch. Edgar exceeded our expectations for a realtor.
