• Larry Stewart Custom Homes (3 lots ready in Fall 2016 for building. Lots starting at $365,000.)

• Simmons Estate Homes (4 available lots with homes starting at $1.5 million. Homes need to have a 3,000 sqft minimum for a single story and 4,000 sqft minimum for a two-story.)

• Vesta Custom Homes (15 lots available in Phase II, 2 lots available in Phase I.)
