In a recent Southlake City Council meeting, dreams of The Capital Grille reaching the city are one important step closer. The proposed 9,300-square-foot location for this beloved chain was approved in January but was delayed due to parking space availability. Since then, the establishment has submitted a request for public investment and reached an agreement under several conditions such as opening no later than June 1 next year and maintaining a minimum of 50 total employees.
