February 2017 Housing Market Update For DFW
February 2017 Housing Market Update For Northeast Tarrant County
The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University have released February 2017 real estate figures!
We’ve rounded up the real estate figures for Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Southlake, and surrounding NE Tarrant County towns.
Depending on which city you live in, home sales were up from this time a year ago. In Colleyville, for instance, home sales increased by a whopping 65 percent! Home sales have also continued to rise. This is a trend we’ve been seeing for several years along with the lack of inventory. The reality of our current market is that there aren’t enough homes in our area available for the rise of buyers searching. If you’re thinking about selling, now would be a great time to start looking for your new home before you list.
The Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex is becoming increasingly popular! Families all across the country are relocating to the area. Consequentially, now is the time to get in the real estate game!
