The Dallas-based Arco Murray National Construction Co. applied earlier this year for a conditional-use permit with the city of Grapevine. The motion passed, allowing the company to construct the first of four proposed warehouse buildings. The first building will span a little over 200,000 square feet on 15.85 acres and is expected to begin construction this September. The other three warehouses are expected to be 504,000 square feet, 183,040 square feet, and 85,000 square feet.
