Last Month in Northeast Tarrant County Real Estate

Last month’s real estate figures are in. On average, many Northeast Tarrant County cities are continuing to experience a rise in home sale prices including the Euless real estate market and Hurst real estate market which jumped 10% and 11% respectively year over year. While inventory remains low and points to a seller’s market, we are beginning to see an increase in home inventory as we head into the final quarter of 2014.
