A new single-family development, Foreman’s Landing, was approved by the Colleyville City Council last month. 

Located near the Oak Knoll Drive and Jackson Road intersection, the development will include five single-family homes and 10.93 acres of land, including a portion of a pond near Little Bear Creek. Each home will be located on just less than one acre of land.
