North Richland Hills- Safest Neighborhood in DFW

The Dallas Morning News recently listed the Safest Neighborhoods in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and North Richland Hills tied for first place!

A picturesque community for families, North Richland Hills has certainly grown (and continues to grow) for the modern family. In fact, residents of this Northeast Tarrant County community can sign up for texts alerting them of crime in the area, and can go online to report crime tips, traffic complaints, graffiti and illegally parked or abandoned vehicles. This is just another way North Richland Hills can keep its residents feeling safe from crime – the main priority for homebuyers according to a recent survey by the DMN.

While doing this study, DMN focused on Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall, and eastern Tarrant counties. They analyzed per capita rates of burglaries, aggravated assaults, and serious crimes most likely to affect residents. The results yielded in 10 cities tied for first due to “virtually no serious crime”, the newspaper reported.
