Northeast Tarrant County Home Sales Activity : April 2014

in April 2014 low home inventory continues to make headline news across not only Northeast Tarrant County, but nationally as well. While inventory is nowhere near figures posted in 2013, we are beginning to see small increases in “for sale” signs across the DFW metroplex. In fact with interest rates possibly rising in the second half of the year, the summer buying season might be one of consistent demand. All in all, home sales in the DFW area seem to be picking up steam.
