March 2014 numbers are in, and to no surprise, the market of Northeast Tarrant County is still operating in a seller’s market. Colleyville saw the highest increase in year over year sales prices, jumping nearly 25% from last year! That’s nearly a $92,000 increase in sales price due to the seller’s market and the addition of more higher priced homes being sold in areas like Woodland Hills YoY. DFW mid cities are experiencing growth at a faster rate year over year. We expect sales to keep growing for the foreseeable future.
