Southlake’s Carillon Parc has been the talk of the town and with the updated plan approved by Southlake officials, it’s sure to continue. The mixed-use development will have dining options, health and wellness services, and boutique and artisan shops surrounding a central park with open space. The development will be divided into eight primary districts: an office district, the Boulevard, the Piazza, the Library, the Parc, the Terrace, the Grand Hotel and a residential district.
