Popular restaurant Grub Burger Bar, as well as Shell Shack have already leased spaces.

The vice president of Hill wood, Mark Miller, said “We are combining unique restaurants, live music and recreational activities with the family programming. Family Programming is already taking place at Blue stem Park to create a new, highly-desired food and beverage destination.”

Park side at Alliance Town Center will also have lots of outdoor entertainment. Recreational options include views of the 14-acre park.

Construction is finally underway! The first two restaurants are set to open next summer.

The new development is also part of the 900-acre Alliance Town Center. The town center also includes retail, apartments, offices and medical facilities.
