2020 will be a year for wrapping up large construction projects that have been underway for years in Grapevine, Colleyville, and Southlake. Those projects include:

• Widening of SH 26 – SH 26, also called Colleyville Boulevard, has been under construction since 2016, but the widening of three miles of the corridor will be completed this spring. This will then begin the start of the city’s to add landscaping and streetlights.
• Grapevine Main and Coury Hospitality development – Come Summer of 2020, there will be a new six-story boutique hotel, food hall, and event center open on Grapevine’s Main Street.
