Responsibilities: Consult with clients in order to discover their moving goals; provide sales strategy presentation to assist in accomplishing these goals.

Proactively prospect, continue to nurture and follow up with potential business
Lead Follow Up and Conversion
Write offers, negotiate purchase price and repairs.
Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close
Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
Always put the needs of your clients above your own
Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close
Utilize tools and systems within the organization to leverage Buyer Agents business

Constantly add to sphere and database
Knowledgeable about Minteer Realty’s current inventory and current real estate market conditions

Qualifications: Outstanding customer service skills a must.
Active Texas Real Estate license.
Prospective agents must be a high-school graduate and at least 21 years of age
Verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking ability and creativity
Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
Proven negotiation skill
Basic Computer Skills a must.

Compensation: $65,000-$100,000 + Commission no ceiling on potential income. (Income results are based on performance. Results vary based on agents goals and commitment to succeed. We are here to help our agents accomplish their personal and financial goals!)
