Southlake Could See New Residences Coming Soon
October 1st marked an important Southlake City Council as members listened to a proposal for a zoning change and development plan for a residential neighborhood on the west side of Southlake. 13 single-family residential lots were proposed on about 18.4 acres on Maranatha Way east of FM 1938. 12 of the 13 lots are already owned by local residents who are hoping to build homes there. The first reading of the proposal was approved by the council. For a closer look at what amendments were made in order to have the project approved, click here.
