Sitting on the north side of Lake Grapevine is the 150-acre development, Lakeside DFW. The area has residential, commercial, and fantastic amenities as well as spectacular views. Restaurants and stores are still being signed on to be a part of the bustling community. Plans for the development include a hotel and conference center on nine acres next to The Tower. Furthermore, the hotel will feature one wing of seven stories and a second wing with nine stories. It will also have easy access to DFW airport. Two restaurants are also planned along with a two-story conference center in the front of the hotel. A second bungalow hotel is also envisioned that will be south of the other hotel. Amenities include a lazy river, pool river and more that can also be enjoyed by hotel guests and condominium residents. Development will be determined by market conditions as well as the availability of financing.
