The Minteer Team was amazing to work with. We were unsuccessful in selling our home for 8 months. We then called the Minteer team and Chris came in made some simple suggestions and our home sold. Very knowledgeable of what the seller’s needs were and brought in buyers that the home would work best for. We had an unusual floorplan but Chris and her team saw through that and stayed positive the whole time and made it work.
