Showings

We offer virtual walkthrough showings via live video conference.  Once you’ve narrowed your search, we can visit your favorite(s) in person – if preferred. 

Financing

We have mortgage lenders that we have partnered with to provide you a complete virtual experience.  Use a secure portal to provide necessary documentation and protect your data.  We also have proprietary software that will keep you updated digitally as we move through the process. 

Making Offers & Executing a Contract

We utilize digital software for all necessary paperwork.  Agree, initial, and sign all with never leaving the comfort of your home! 

Once we have executed a contract, necessary monies, such as option and earnest money can all be delivered using digital software as well. 

We have partnered with inspectors who will provide an online inspection report that is very detailed and includes photos.  Want to chat with the inspector in person?  No worries!  Our inspectors offer live video conferencing as well. 

Contract to Closing

The same proprietary software that keeps you up to date when applying for a loan, will also keep you in the loop with real time updates throughout the process.  All communication can be done electronically. 

We have title company partners that offer Remote Online Notary service at no additional fee to you!  All you need is a computer with a webcam and you will be able to sign all necessary documents to close on your home remotely!
