Alisha Minteer-Rosse is a leader, mentor, coach, and Realtor® for the Minteer Real Estate Team in Dallas-Fort Worth. Since 2007, Alisha has personally sold over $100,000,000 in real estate and has served hundreds of clients. Her foundation in the real estate industry comes from Austin, where she had several opportunities to learn and grow from some of the top-producing agents in the city.

In 2013, Alisha decided to take a year off from the real estate industry and worked at Bigcommerce, an e-commerce start-up tech company, on an acquisition sales team. This year at a tech company gave Alisha insight into different real estate technology companies and an understanding of how technology could impact the real estate world. After a year away from real estate, Alisha knew that the real estate industry was her passion, and it was her turn to build her own business. She started Rosse Real Estate Team, and within 2 years, the team was #7 out of over 250 agents at the Northwest Market Center at Keller Williams Realty.

In 2016, Alisha and Ryan (Alisha’s husband and high school sweetheart) decided to move back to their hometown to be closer to family after having their two sons in Austin. Alisha was thrilled to finally partner with her mother, Chris Minteer, and the Minteer Real Estate Team. Minteer Real Estate Team is an award-winning elite real estate team that has sold over $1 billion in real estate and served over 4,000 families! Alisha now assists in leading the team, supporting the agents, and taking great care of her friends and clients with any of their real estate needs. When Alisha is not helping her clients and team build wealth through real estate, you can find Alisha at a baseball field watching a game, planning their next trip, or hanging out with her family and friends.
