Development in Euless Housing is Booming!

Euless is Seeing a Boom in Housing Development

In 2015, the bedroom community of Euless saw more growth in the one year alone than it had in its entire lifetime. Here are some of the exciting development happening in Euless:

Glade Parks:

Located at Glade and 121, Glade Parks has already seen some exciting development with countless restaurants, stores and Dave & Busters moving in. But more exciting developments are in the works.

Belk Department Store will open on March 9 and serve as an anchor within the development. Panera Bread, Pie Five and Five Guys Burgers are also planning to open in Glade Parks. Just announced in February 2016, H-E-B Grocery Co. has purchased land within Glade Parks to develop a much-needed grocery store.

Cinepolis is a Mexico-based company that will open up a 12-screen luxury theater by Christmas 2016. This theater will offer luxury reserved seating as well as a more traditional open seating theater and a full restaurant and bar.

For the dog lover, Lazy Dog Restaurant and Café will be a full service restaurant will provide a 1,400-square-foot patio where patrons can enjoy their meal while with their dogs.

The Euless City Council has also approved a second public improvement district within Glade Parks with an off-street parking garage. Located near Dave & Busters and Belk, the Glade Parks LifeStyle Center will be a public plaza surrounded by cafes, boutiques, art, and water features and will be pedestrian friendly.

Glade Parks is not only just an entertainment and shopping center, 127 lots developed by K. Hovnanian will feature pedestrian connectivity to the Glade Parks development. If you’re looking for a more urban feel, urban lofts are also available.

Riverwalk!:

Located at the corner of State Hwys 183 and 360 is a new development, Riverwalk!, consisting of 200 acres with the average price point of homes at $385,000. Focused on open space, no single-family home will be further than 800 feet from open space. The area will be divided into 3 subdivisions: The Villas, The Estates and The Dominion at Bear Creek. Developed by Lennar Homes, in both The Villas and The Dominion, a 6-foot sidewalk will be in front of every home and in The Estates, residents will drive through tree-lined streets as there will be a 9-foot curb with trees along each street. Each of the communities will provide walking trails to all of the community amenities.

Riverwalk! also provides multi-family units through Avenue 900 located just south and east of The Dominion at Bear Creek, the 300 units, including townhomes, will offer luxurious amenities including wraparound patios for the units.

With its’ close proximity to DFW International Airport and easy access to State Hwys. 183 and 360, Riverwalk! will offer residents fantastic place to get away and call home while providing an ease of commute.

Midtown Euless:

This section of Euless will be a 57-acre mixed-use development of shopping, restaurants, urban lofts, townhomes and villas. Midtown is located east of South Industrial Boulevard, north of West Euless Boulevard and south of Airport Freeway. This part of Euless will also be focused on open spaces with homes opening up to a grass area.

The area will also feature Gala at Oakcrest, a senior housing project with 120 units. Apartments here will be age restricted to 55 and older. Opening up in early 2017, the development has already received an eager anticipation with future residents already calling to rent an apartment.
