Vote on November 5th!

It’s time again for Texans to head back to the polls and vote! If you weren’t able to be a part of the early voting process, tomorrow is your last chance to weigh in on 9 proposed constitutional amendments. 

Proposition 6 has probably drawn the most attention as supporters and opponents have not only voiced their stance across Northeast Tarrant County, but have traveled the state in sharing their message. The measure would make $2 billion from the state rainy-day fund available for the Texas Water Development Board in financing future projects fighting the state’s drought threat and prepare for population growth in the coming years.

Also, don’t forget your ID! November 5th will be the first state wide election for which the state’s voter ID law will go into effect. For more information regarding photo ID requirements and finding your polling place, vist the official Texas Voting site.
