• Sushi Dojo – Opening brick-and-mortar restaurant in Southlake by December at 3105 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste 140.
• The Foundry Gym – Opened in August at 2120 E. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake.
• Havertys – Opened in August at 250 N. Kimball Ave. in Southlake.
• Fajita Pete’s – The new location of Fajita Pete’s is under construction and is said to open in September. The new location is at 711 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 100 in Southlake.
