As we approach the end of 2023, we’d like to take a moment and reflect on the journey that the Minteer Real Estate Team has been on this year.

2022 was a groundbreaking year for us as we proudly announced that we reached $1 billion in sales and celebrated our best year in 36 years of business! 

We kicked off 2023 on a positive note and the last 10 months have been an exhilarating ride filled with achievements, milestones, and growth. We’re thrilled to highlight and share some of the remarkable accomplishments and exciting developments our team has made thus far.

1. MARKET STATS

At the beginning of the year, we established a goal to top last year’s closed units, closed volumes, and closed income. We are proud to report that our team is outpacing the entire North Texas market by 43%, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our agents!

Numbers don’t lie and we are staying true to our vision of helping our clients achieve their best lives through real estate! At Minteer Real Estate Team, we strive to challenge ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones in order to realize our full potential and provide our clients with the WOW experience that they deserve. 

2. AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

This year, we also received several accolades and recognitions. For another straight year, Chris Minteer and the Minteer Real Estate Team were included on the list of North Fort Worth Real Producers Top 500 Agents, having been chosen from over 15,000 agents! 

We were also recognized as a top team within the Keller Williams Southlake office and placed #4 in gross commission earned, #5 in units sold, and received the Millionaire Agent Awards for 2022 at the 2022 Keller Williams Southlake Awards. As of today, we are the number one team within our office, and regardless of how we end the year, we are so grateful that our friends and clients continue to trust us and choose to partner with us for their real estate needs.  

Our team was included in Fort Worth Magazine’s list of the 2023 Top Realtors under the category “Teams of 7 or more”, alongside other notable realtors and real estate teams in Fort Worth. 

We were also selected as the “Best Real Estate Team” by the readers of 360West Magazine, putting us on an exclusive list with very few real estate agents for greater Tarrant County. 

Last but not least, Audrey Lero, one of our sales associates, made the list of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) 40 Under 40 Awards! Audrey was picked among the top 100 REALTOR® applicants from all throughout Texas based on excellence in leadership, community involvement, and 2022 sales data. 

These recognitions serve as a testament to our commitment to giving white-glove service to our clients, without whom it would not have been possible! 

3. CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Our customers are our most valuable asset and their satisfaction is our top priority. We are honored to share that among other sites like Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Yelp, we have amassed over 118 Google reviews with an outstanding average rating of 5! These testimonials show our commitment to quality and customer service.

4. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

One of our team’s core values is to serve, support, and embrace our local communities and we are eager to support the neighborhoods and communities where we work and live.

Our team joins forces with the Keller Williams Southlake office each year to support Spokes4Hope, a non-profit organization that provides bikes to underprivileged and disabled children. This effort is part of our community service project for Keller Williams’ RED (Renew, Energize, and Donate) Day, which our team participates in annually.

This summer, we hosted a food donation drive to help replenish our local food pantry at GRACE Grapevine.

Our team was also a proud sponsor of New Hope Equine Assisted Therapy’s 2nd Annual Hope Gala: An Evening with Fillies, Foals, and Friends, which strives to help people with disabilities by connecting them with horses and providing therapeutic horseback riding services.

Supporting local charities and organizations is essential to us because we want to give back to the community that has supported our growth. We believe it is important to give back to the community that has helped us flourish, so we actively support our local charities and organizations. 

5. FUTURE GOALS

As we embark on a new year, we can’t wait to share some very BIG news. It has been something in the works over the last several years and it is finally here and just a few months away from launching! We look forward to achieving ambitious goals and accomplishing exciting projects in the future. We can’t wait to serve you and be a part of your real estate journey!

This year has been a wonderful journey for us, full of triumphs and milestones that have geared us for an even brighter future.
