Are you looking for a home in the Grapevine area? Grapevine is one of the top places to live in the Metroplex. Here are some of our favorite newer neighborhoods in the area:

Cannon Homestead

The Cannon Homestead neighborhood is in the northwestern part of Grapevine. It can be found off of Lonesome Dove road. The neighborhood consists of around 50 homes constructed between 2002 and 2004. Consequentially, each have a typical lot size of .33 acres.  Homes in this neighborhood also have a median sale price of $575,000, with a median home size of 4,200 square feet. The Cannon Homestead neighborhood also has a greenbelt and homeowner’s association. It is located close to Lake Grapevine and Meadowmere Park, and is also zoned for the Carroll Independent School District.

Glade Hill

Located minutes from Hwy 121, the Glade Hill neighborhood, has a total of 65 homes. The neighborhood offers innovative, flexible plans with lot sizes ranging from .16 to .2 acres. Glade Hill’s residents attend the highly-recognized GrapevineColleyville school district. Neighborhood amenities include a greenbelt, jogging/bike path, neighborhood park, children’s playground and more. Homes in this neighborhood start in the $430,000 range and are approximately 2,000 to 3,500 square feet in size. The neighborhood is located minutes from DFW International Airport, historic downtown Grapevine and Southlake Town Square, and conveniently located between Dallas and Fort Worth.

Heritage Cove

Heritage Cove is located near the heart of the GrapevineColleyville ISD boundary. With just 23 homes, it is considered one of the best neighborhoods in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Construction began in 2014. Consequently, homes in this neighborhood have a typical lot size of .2 acres, homes size ranging from 3,600 to 4,600 square feet, and home price ranging from $550,000 and $700,000. Residents in this neighborhood are also zoned for the Grapevine-Colleyville school district.

Lake Pointe

The Lake Pointe neighborhood, located in southeast Grapevine, contains around 65 homes in total. Homes in this neighborhood have a typical lot size of .2 acres. Typically sell from $550,000 up to $700,000. Residents in the Lake Pointe neighborhood are also zoned for the Grapevine-Colleyville school district.

Lakeview Estates

the Lakeview Estates neighborhood began construction between 2003 and 2005. It is made up of 80 homes. Consequently, the typical lot size is .15 to .25 acres. Homes in this neighborhood also typically sell for around $350,000 to $500,000. Residents enjoy neighborhood amenities like a community park and greenbelt. The Lakeview Estates neighborhood is also zoned for Carroll ISD.

Meadow Park

Located in southeast Grapevine, the Meadow Park neighborhood contains around 40 homes. Typically they sell for about $400,000 to $500,000. Silver Lake Estates

The Silver Lake Estates is one of the largest neighborhoods in Grapevine. The neighborhood contains around 255 homes. These homes were constructed between 1999 and 2010. Typically they sell for about $250,000 to $550,000. The Silver Lake Estates are also zoned for Grapevine-Colleyville ISD.

Stone Bridge Oaks

The Stone Bridge Oaks neighborhood contains around 95 homes. Homes in this neighborhood typically sell from $350,000 to $550,000. Lots also range from .07 to .16 acres in size. This neighborhood is also located in Central Grapevine, just off Glade Road, west of Hwy 360 with quick access to DFW International Airport and historic downtown Grapevine. The Stone Bridge Oaks neighborhood is also zoned for the Grapevine-Colleyville school district.

Walker Farms

Finally, Walker farms consists of 25 homes built between 2002-2006. The Walker Farms neighborhood homes typically sell for about $650,000 to $850,000. These homes also range from 3,200 to 5,000 square feet. Furthermore, these homes are located on a .5-acre lot. Most homes in this neighborhood also offer pools, study’s, and game or media rooms. Residents in this neighborhood are also zoned for the GrapevineColleyville ISD.
