This summer, a true community staple celebrates 45 years of serving its community. Snuffer’s Restaurant & Bar was first opened in Dallas by Pat Snuffer. Since then, nine locations have popped up throughout the state, with its newest in Colleyville.

“[Snuffer] just wanted a fun place for Southern Methodist University students to grab a burger, get some cold beer and have a good time…Some SMU students helped invent the Cheddar Fries, which we are known for. They said, ‘Can you throw all this stuff on some french fries?’ And the Cheddar Fries was born,” says Brand President Quinn Dixon.
